Job Description

Our fitness studio is rapidly expanding, and we need a personal trainer to assist clients in reaching their fitness objectives. You'll be working with clients to assess their fitness levels, develop customized training routines, and ensure they're using equipment safely. This position requires excellent customer service skills as well as a passion for fitness and assisting others with their health and wellness. • Create personalized workout routines to help clients accomplish their fitness objectives while remaining within their present physical capability
• Perform personal fitness assessments to ensure that all exercise routines are appropriate for each client
• Uphold all gym standards and safety rules to keep clients safe and comfortable while they workout
• Track and adjust client progress and make changes to fitness plans accordingly
• Decrease the chance of injury by teaching clients appropriate techniques for all exercises, especially for specialized equipment

Qualifications:

• Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED)
• This role requires fitness instructor or personal trainer certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and other team members
• Possesses strong organizational and time management skills
