Post-Acute Care Physician

Autonomy, Flexibility, and Rewarding Care in Post-Acute Medicine. This position will cover buildings in multiple locations in the Memphis area. Part-time with future fulltime potential.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Medical Directorship: Take on a leadership role as a facility medical director, guiding the quality of care and offering mentorship to care teams. Your oversight will ensure continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
• Attending Physician Duties: Provide primary care and oversee medical treatment for residents at assisted living, nursing, and rehabilitation facilities. Your clinical acumen will be central to their ongoing well-being.
• High-Quality, Evidence-Based Practice: Deliver patient-centered care rooted in best practices, always striving for optimal health outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Team Support: Collaborate and provide clinical support to nurse practitioners, typically one per facility, empowering them with guidance and sharing medical expertise.
• Medical Oversight: Maintain responsibility for primary care services, ensuring that all patients receive comprehensive, coordinated medical attention.

• Annual compensation ranges from $200,000 to $450,000+, based on workload and volume. You are in control of your earning potential.
