Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Operational Procurement Support:
• Assist in the sourcing and development of packaging materials (glass, closures, labels, shippers, etc.) by collecting quotes, managing supplier communications, and ensuring accurate data in procurement systems.
• Project Tracking & Documentation:
• Support the execution and follow-up of packaging projects, ensuring timely updates of project trackers, supplier timelines, and risk logs.
• Supplier Management:
• Maintain regular contact with suppliers to gather delivery updates, resolve issues, and ensure documentation compliance (specs, drawings, and contracts).
• Administrative & Contractual Support:
• Prepare purchase orders, assist in drafting simple contract amendments, and coordinate documentation for approvals and system updates.
• Innovation Support:
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and R&D to ensure packaging specifications are aligned and ready for new product launches.
• Data & Savings Tracking:
• Assist in collecting and consolidating data to support cost analyses, savings reports, and supplier performance evaluations.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
