Production Control Team Leader Location West Jordan, UT :

We are seeking a proactive and organized Production Control Team Leader to support and guide our production control team. This role ensures schedules are met, materials flow efficiently, and products are delivered on time—all while maintaining quality and coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily production scheduling and monitor workinprogress (WIP) to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate materials and inventory with purchasing and warehouse teams.
• Track production status in ERP systems and communicate updates across departments.
• Identify and escalate issues related to shortages, delays, or quality concerns.
• Generate and distribute regular reports on production progress and challenges.
• Support continuous improvement efforts to streamline

scheduling and operations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant coursework or degree preferred.
• 1+ year experience in production, manufacturing, or scheduling.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/scheduling software and

Microsoft Excel.

• Detailoriented, organized, and able to manage competing priorities.
• Effective communicator with a collaborative approach across

teams.

Preferred:

• Experience in production planning or control roles.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing or process improvement

methods.
