Now Hiring: Production Scheduler (Onsite) 🚨
Gainesville, GA | Manufacturing Environment
$80K–$100K Base + Benefits

We’re partnering with a growing manufacturing organization in Gainesville, GA to find a Production Scheduler who thrives in fast-paced operations and enjoys turning data into executable production plans.
What you’ll do:
• Build and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
• Optimize production runs while managing sanitation, allergen controls, and safety standards
• Adjust schedules in real time for downtime, labor, material, or logistics issues
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Production, Quality, Warehouse, Procurement, and Transportation
• Monitor inventory (FG, WIP, raw materials) and support inventory accuracy
• Create reports and dashboards tied to production performance and capacity utilization
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations

What we’re looking for:
✔ 3–6 years of production scheduling or planning experience in manufacturing
✔ Strong ERP/MRP and Excel skills
✔ Solid understanding of inventory management and plant operations
✔ Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
✔ Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
💼 Compensation: $80K–$100K base salary + full benefits
