Salary Range: $80,000 - $125,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for manufacturing initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, production, quality, supply chain) to achieve project objectives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Monitor project progress, report on key performance indicators, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement activities for project-related materials and services.
• Ensure projects comply with industry regulations, internal policies, and customer specifications.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing projects within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production lifecycles, and supply chain.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Lean, Six Sigma).
• Experience with project management software and manufacturing ERP systems.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for manufacturing operations.
• Experience with CAD software or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
• Working knowledge of specific manufacturing processes (e.g., injection molding, CNC machining, automation).
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
