Overview

We are seeking a Property Administrator to provide administrative support for property management operations. This role focuses on handling general administrative tasks, maintaining records, and supporting day-to-day property operations.

What You’ll Do

• Post rents and maintain tenant accounts
• Enter invoices and track expenses
• Prepare balance due notices and other tenant communications
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for properties
• Support bookkeeping and accounting functions as needed
• Assist with vendor coordination and administrative tasks
• Collaborate with property management team to ensure smooth operations

What It Takes

• 2-5 years of experience in property management or administrative support
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Familiarity with affordable housing or multi-family property administration is a plus
