We are currently seeking a Quality Improvement Specialist for our Community Based Services program!

Responsibilities

  • Assist with supporting and training staff in the effort to compile data through attendance at staff meetings, conducting trainings, etc.
  • Assist with maintaining department databases and spreadsheets.
  • Assist with the design and processing of monthly and annual data reports.
  • Assist with the administration of the Electronic Health Record including administrative reports, configuration, staff training, intake and authorizations.
  • Assist in the development of forms and feedback submitted to the Electronic Health Record.
  • Assist with management training to department managers.
  • Conduct program audits to review compliance and quality
  • Assist with compliance of state and federal laws, Agency and department policies and contractual obligations.
  • Attend management and other meetings and committees as requested.
  • Provide Administrative Assistant coverage to other offices as needed.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or a related field, OR
  • Associate’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or a related field AND four (4) years of experience
  • Two (2) years of experience in program administration in a social service agency
  • One (1) year database experience required and electronic health record management
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation


Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, must also be flexible to accommodate program need.

Compensation : $58,656 annually
