We are currently seeking a
Quality Improvement Specialist for our Community Based Services program!
Responsibilities - Assist with supporting and training staff in the effort to compile data through attendance at staff meetings, conducting trainings, etc.
- Assist with maintaining department databases and spreadsheets.
- Assist with the design and processing of monthly and annual data reports.
- Assist with the administration of the Electronic Health Record including administrative reports, configuration, staff training, intake and authorizations.
- Assist in the development of forms and feedback submitted to the Electronic Health Record.
- Assist with management training to department managers.
- Conduct program audits to review compliance and quality
- Assist with compliance of state and federal laws, Agency and department policies and contractual obligations.
- Attend management and other meetings and committees as requested.
- Provide Administrative Assistant coverage to other offices as needed.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or a related field, OR
- Associate’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services or a related field AND four (4) years of experience
- Two (2) years of experience in program administration in a social service agency
- One (1) year database experience required and electronic health record management
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, must also be flexible to accommodate program need.
Compensation : $58,656 annually
