Position Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Ambulatory Care
Location: Syracuse, NY 13210
Duration: 13 Weeks
Job Type: Contract | Local or Travel
Shift: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Range: $60 – $65 per hour ($2,400 – $2,600 weekly)
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) – Ambulatory Care for an exciting Travel or Local job in Syracuse, NY.
ResponsibilitiesDeliver direct patient care and conduct nursing assessments in an ambulatory/urgent care environment.
Implement and support care plans with minimal supervision.
Accurately document patient care using EPIC EMR (experience preferred).
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality outcomes.
Educate and support patients and families regarding care plans and health management.
Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Active RN license in New York State.
Current BLS certification (must maintain during assignment).
Minimum of 1.5 years of recent acute care experience (within the last 2 years) in a comparable hospital.
Experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center strongly preferred.
Prior ambulatory or urgent care experience desirable.
Proficiency in EPIC EMR highly valued.
