Responsibilities: • Compliance with state clinical regulations • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current trends in Direct Care • Complete initial determination of viability of potential residents within 6 hours of referral • Quarterly psychotropic medication reviews • Monthly PRN psychotropic medication reviews • Weekly skin condition/would assessments • Monitor medication renewals and order daily • Ensure zero medication misses • Review each resident's Medication Administration Record at least monthly, ensure accuracy and appropriate signatures • Ensure all resident services are completed by care staff and charted during their scheduled shift Qualifications: • Extreme Ownership: Demonstrates accountability, ownership of outcomes, and proactively removes obstacles. • Resourcefulness: Finds effective solutions even with limited resources and independently seeks knowledge. • Passion for Purpose (Big Why): Possesses a strong, genuine dedication to serving and caring for vulnerable adults. • Commitment to Growth: Actively pursues self-improvement and team betterment each day. • Humility: Embraces a solutions-focused attitude, welcoming feedback and putting egos aside for the best outcome. • Reliability: Shows up on time, prepared, and ready to deliver dependable support. • Gratitude: Maintains a positive outlook, seeking and appreciating the good in all situations.
