Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery (CWR)

Schedule: 3×12-hour shifts per week | 7:00 PM–7:30 AM / 7:00 AM–7:30 PM [Both Available] | Every Other Weekend Required | 3 out of 6 Holidays Required | No On-Call | 36 hrs/week
Unit: LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum), including postpartum, antepartum, labor, and nursery assignments depending on unit needs.
We are seeking two experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for our Labor & Delivery (L&D) unit. In this role, you will evaluate patients, assist physicians, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across the LDRP spectrum. The RN is responsible for planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care based on patient needs and professional practice standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, implement, and document nursing care based on patient needs.
Identify patient needs and determine care priorities through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
Develop and coordinate individualized plans of care through initial and ongoing assessments.
Initiate assessments based on patient conditions, physician diagnosis, and functional health framework.
Perform therapeutic nursing interventions.
Manage comprehensive care of assigned patients.
Document patient care in alignment with standards of care, acuity, and clinical priorities.
Advocate for and support evidence-based practice and innovation in care delivery.
Deliver patient-centered care consistent with the professional nursing practice model.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum 1+ year of experience in a related specialty (L&D preferred).
Required Years of Experience for This Role: 3 years
