Job Description

Roguery Games is a new indie studio making games for players who thrive on challenge, growth, and triumph after every trial. We’re looking for a Head Artist to join our founding team and bring our worlds to life.

You Will:

• Define and lead the game’s art direction (style guide, color palette, theming)
• Create sprites, illustrations, and/or animations for in-game use
• Collaborate with the Founder/Creative Director and developers to align art with gameplay vision
• Establish efficient art/animation workflows for a small, agile indie team
• Help shape the DNA of Roguery Games as a founding member

You Have:

• A strong portfolio showcasing art/animation skills (2D or 3D — let us know your specialty)
• Solid understanding of art pipelines for real-time engines (Unity, Godot, or Unreal)
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, composition, and player experience through art
• Excitement for wearing multiple hats and contributing to a collaborative, small team

Additional Details:

• Job Type: Part-time (minimum 20 hrs/week).
• Pay: $1,500/month + profit sharing
