In this role, you will assist clients in planning and booking unforgettable vacations, cruises, resort stays, and group travel experiences. Your focus will be on providing personalized service, managing trip logistics, and offering expert recommendations to help clients create stress-free travel plans.
Whether its a family getaway, honeymoon, or dream vacation, you'll be the go-to guide for making it all come together.
Key Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to determine travel needs, preferences, and budget
Research and recommend travel options including accommodations, activities, and transportation
Book flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and car rentals on behalf of clients
Build customized travel itineraries and maintain accurate booking records
Stay up to date on current travel trends, destinations, and supplier offerings
Provide responsive support before and during clients trips
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic computer skills (e.g., email, internet browsing, document management)
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel planning is a plus
