Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily operations of assisted living. 
• Performs safety check on residents as needed.
• Ensures that all meds are taken at their directed times.
• Performs daily progress reports on residents.
• Transporting clients to and from appointments, errands, activities, etc.
• Preparing meals as needed.
• Interpersonal skills, including exceptional patience and listening skills.
• The ability to provide care across a variety of settings, including group homes and day service programs.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Licensed CNA (Preferred)
• Valid Drivers License.
• Proof of Auto Insurance.

Additional Training once hired:

• Restrictive Interventions.
• Opioid Overdose Prevention.
• COPSD.
• Critical Incident Reporting.
• PCRP.
