Job Description

1. Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to generate new leads.
2. Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and qualify leads.
3. Schedule meetings or product demos for the sales team.
4. Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
5. Collaborate with marketing to improve lead generation campaigns.
6. Research and identify prospective clients and market opportunities .
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to ensure a positive experience.
8. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly KPIs and lead generation targets.
9. Assist in sales reporting, pipeline management, and market analysis.
10. Support account executives with pre-sales activities and lead nurturing.
