Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of personnel, property, and facilities at all times.
• Conduct regular patrols and actively monitor surveillance systems to detect and prevent suspicious activity.
• Manage access to the premises and respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies.
• Observe, document, and report irregularities, enforce site policies, and handle trespassing situations.
• Assist with traffic control and access management as needed.
• Prepare accurate and detailed reports of incidents and daily activities.
• Monitor and maintain building systems and security equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Support adherence to legal, safety, and company regulations and standards.
• Perform preventive maintenance and promptly report any issues with security systems or equipment.

Requirements

• Valid Florida Class D Security License (required)
• Valid Florida Driver’s License with reliable transportation
• Flexible schedule , including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with reporting systems
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Smartphone required for reporting and communication
• Ability to work independently and remain professional under pressure
