This role is onsite 5x/week.

Our Global Information Security Team is looking for a Senior Java Developer to work in critical security projects. You will join a software engineering team that builds and enhances Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to support cybersecurity initiatives for the company. Responsibilities include:

• Interface with engineering leads to define requirements, deliverables, and provide the necessary engineering expertise & support to ensure delivery.

• Partner with cybersecurity architects and lines of business architects to drive the strategic IAM architecture

• Able to prototype new technologies and work with vendors to implement new capabilities/enhancements

• Work with the team or as an individual contributor to perform analysis, design, development and testing of solutions to meet requirements.

• Work in a consulting role with line of business technology partners to provide subject matter expertise as needed for various projects

• Work under minimal supervision and be able to self-manage work load and ensure delivery of solutions

Projects:

Identity Proofing

Project description: Build strong identity proofing solution to protect the bank and workforce from unauthorized access and fraud. The solution will include full service remote identity verification leveraging state of art identity proofing technologies, such as AI biometric matching. The cloud based solution will be integrated with the bank identity ecosystem to provide secure and effective digital credential issuance and recovery service.

Flagscape Mobile Biometric Authentication

Project description: Flagscape Mobile application is a bank internal mobile application that provides employee services at their fingertips. The project is about building a secure and user friendly native biometric authentication mechanism for the mobile application that incorporate device risk detection capabilities.

CashPro Push Authentication

Project description: Build a solution to utilize push notification for authenticating corporate customers into CashPro applications, leveraging security tokens embedded in CashPro mobile application.

HSM Refresh for Identity API Platform

Project description: Refresh Hardware Security Module (HSM) for the enterprise identity API platform. HSMs are used to perform crypto functions in support of end to end encrypted identity and authentication services. The project is about building new HSM infrastructure and updating associated software to provide advanced and backward compatible security features.

Skills and Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in building and integrating large Java, J2EE applications, Spring framework

• Strong skills in design and developing SOAP/RESTful API and Micro Service.

• Skilled in using SDLC tools such as JIRA, GIT, Maven, Jenkins, Ansible, SOAPUI, Postman, etc. - Experience in secure programming practices

• Proficiency in development in Unix/Linux environment

• Experience in IAM platforms, such as Ping Federate, Ping Access, Okta, ForgeRock

• Knowledge in security protocols, cryptography, and HSM

• Experience with Application Security (Identity & Access Management (IAM) technologies including OAuth2/OIDC, MFA, FIDO, Single Sign-On, federation, Digital Certificates, and LDAP.)

• Understanding data protection, data encryption, authentication
