Responsibilities:Job Summary:
Cordis is seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Sales Trainer to support the delivery of high-impact training programs for
the U.S. Sales organization. This position plays a key role in preparing new and tenured sales teammates to succeed through
expert facilitation, strong clinical and technical education, and support of large-scale training initiatives.
The Senior Sales Trainer will primarily focus on facilitating and delivering core training programs, while contributing to
curriculum improvements and supporting the onboarding and development of new hires. This role is designed as a critical
bridge between foundational training responsibilities and future readiness for the Lead Sales Trainer level.
Responsibilities:
· Facilitate engaging, accurate, and compliant training sessions across multiple modalities.
· Deliver clinical education, product training, and procedural overviews tailored to a wide range of learner
experience levels.
· Coach new hires beyond formal training weeks to reinforce skills, build confidence, and support early field
success.
· Serve as a subject-matter educator in cardiovascular fundamentals, procedural workflows, and commercially
available Cordis technologies.
· Execute assigned components of new hire training, including hands-on activities, scenario-based learning, assessments, and guided discussions.
· Support Sales Education leadership in delivering training for new product introductions, portfolio expansions, and large-scale strategic initiatives.
· Ensure all delivered content is compliant, on-label, and aligned with standards of business conduct. · Provide feedback to learners and maintain accurate documentation of performance, competency, and attendance.
· Contribute to updating slide decks, learning activities, job aids, and assessments as assigned by Lead Trainers or the Sales Education Manager.
· Collaborate with Lead Sales Trainers, Product Management, Clinical, Marketing, and Professional Education to validate content accuracy.
· Identify learner gaps based on observations and recommend curriculum adjustments or reinforcement strategies. Expected Areas of Competencies:

Qualifications:Requirements, Qualifications, & Skills Qualifications:
· 5+ years of experience in sales learning & development, medical device sales, or relevant clinical background with a bachelor’s degree in business marketing, education, clinical, or related field preferred. Combined education and experience will be considered.
· Strong technical and clinical acumen in cardiovascular or endovascular procedures. · Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills with proven ability to engage adult learners.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training cycles simultaneously.
· Ability to travel domestically up to 40%.
Required Experiences:
· Experience facilitating sales or clinical education in the medical device industry.
· Experience coaching sales professionals or supporting new hire development. · Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and virtual training environments.
· Experience collaborating cross-functionally to validate content accuracy and support field readiness.
