Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with food safety regulations.
• Lead, train, and mentor production teams to meet performance goals and maintain high standards of workplace safety. • Monitor production schedules, manage resources, and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment. Qualifications:
PREFERRED SENIOR SUPERVISOR CANDIDATE CREDENTIALS: • 3-5 Years of FOOD PRODUCTION SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE.
• ASSOCIATE’S DEGREE in any discipline.
• United States of America MILITARY VETERAN.
• Verbally Bilingual (English – Spanish).
• Monday-Friday (Second Shift) with Saturday availability during peak season. • Must successfully complete pre-employment criminal background check, drug screen, and be authorized to work in the United States of America (E-Verify).
SENIOR SUPERVISOR CANDIDATE - MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: • 1-3 Years of MANUFACTURING SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE.
• HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA or GED.
• Monday-Friday (Second Shift) with Saturday availability during peak season. • Must successfully complete pre-employment criminal background check, drug screen, and be authorized to work in the United States of America (E-Verify).
