PEMBA sells, designs, programs, and installs automation systems which include audio-video equipment in residences and businesses. We are looking for someone who wants to join our team to install, troubleshoot and design audio-video equipment lighting control and automation equipment and systems.

Skills Required:
• Experience designing the cabling for installation in new construction and renovations for audio, networking, video, and automation systems.
• Knowledge of home or small business Audio systems and materials to recommend quality audio solutions.
• Experience setting up audio-video equipment (including receivers, amps, speakers, video distribution, HDMI video distribution) and how the equipment should be installed and set up for residences and commercial spaces such as conference rooms, restaurants, and churches.
• Experiencing troubleshooting audio/sound problems in customers home
• Experience installing audio video equipment including roughin and trim out.
• Experience pulling and terminating cat5/6, coax and speaker cables.
• Understanding of how to build out the equipment in the rack.
• Experience using a desktop computer and various software products.


Skills Desired:

• Have installed Sonos, Denon Heos, Crown Amps, in ceiling and in wall speakers, landscape speakers, or similar.
• Have pulled all of these cables (Cat6, Speaker, Coax) for new construction or buildings which are remodeling. 
• Experience with programming of Radio Ra2, Homeworks, URC, RTI, Elan, Crestron, DMX LIghting, ETC, and or Savant.
• Experience working with networks, network routers, switches and wireless access points.
• Experience or knowledge with video switching and video tiling.
• Experience quoting and designing AV, Lighting Control, and Network equipment.
• Experience using Excel to create bills of materials and quotes.
• Experience with selling lighting, lighting controls, automated shades, and electrical equipment.
• Experience setting up phone apps.
• Experience posting social media notices or advertisements.
• Enjoy working with people.
• Enjoy learning every day.
• Have your own laptop/desktop.
