Job Description

*Requires onsite 5 days a week

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Senior IT Systems & Coordination Analyst to manage our back-end IT operations and serve as the primary liaison with our managed IT service provider. This role is critical in ensuring seamless infrastructure support, Microsoft 365 administration, and compliance coordination, particularly around SOX audits.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Platform and System Management:
  • Support core platform integrations, manage user access and security roles, and ensure the seamless operation of IT systems.
Support and Maintenance:
  • Provide backup support, lead small-scale software rollouts, and collaborate with Managed Services Providers (MSP) to deliver tiered end-user support and hardware management.
Security, Compliance, and Incident Management:
  • Enforce access policies, coordinate audits, manage security services, and lead incident handling and disaster recovery procedures in collaboration with MSP and software vendors.
Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Work closely with MSP and software vendors to maintain platform functionality, permissions, and software-level security.
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain detailed documentation of IT processes, system configurations, and incident reports. Generate regular reports on IT performance and compliance
Required Education, Experience, Skills:
  • Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT systems management, coordination, and support.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT audit, compliance, or SOX compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, security protocols, and compliance standards.
  • Cloud infrastructures (i.e. Azure) familiarity preferred.
  • SQL familiarity preferred.
  • ITIL Certification preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and collaboration
