Sterile Processing Technician (SPT)

Shift: Nights | Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (8x5)
Duration: 13 Weeks
Pay: $30–$35/hr ($1,125–$1,312.50/week)
Overview:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Sterile Processing Technician for an exciting job in Syracuse, NY.
Responsibilities:
Decontaminate, disinfect, wash, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments and trays.
Operate and monitor sterilization systems such as steam, Steris, and Sterrad.
Conduct precise quality checks to ensure sterilization integrity.
Assemble basic and complex surgical sets accurately and efficiently.
Respond promptly to urgent or emergent equipment requests.
Maintain aseptic techniques and adhere to infection control protocols.
Qualifications:
Completion of a nationally accredited Central Service Technician program or at least one year of prior experience as a Central Service Technician in a healthcare setting.
Must successfully pass pre-employment health clearance.
COVID-19 and flu vaccinations not required .
