We are a rapidly growing tax resolution firm and are seeking for self-motivated, hardworking, high-energy candidates to join our team! This entry-level position is responsible for answering high volume calls from a dialer, qualifying, and collecting basic client information. Our goal is to provide our clients with exceptional customer service while helping our clients achieve the tax relief they deserve.

• Clear communication in conducting inbound and outbound calls.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Collaborating with colleagues while also working independently.
• Ability to utilizing a consultative sales approach in managing time effectively to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Job Type :

• Full-time.
• 8 hour shift.
• Day shift.

Pay :

• $50k-$100k per year.

Compensation :

• Hourly pay.
• Monthly bonus.
