Our client, a leading organization in the technology and engineering sector, is seeking a Technical Writer to join their team. As a Technical Writer, you will be part of the Documentation Support team supporting internal teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Technical Writer Location: San Jose, CA Pay Range: $38.50 per hour What's the Job? + Transform complex technical concepts into clear, concise documentation for internal use. + Partner with technicians, engineers, managers, and subject-matter experts to gather and validate technical information. + Develop and update documentation using standardized templates within the Integrated Management System (IMS). + Create structured outlines and incorporate graphics, diagrams, and screenshots to illustrate procedures and workflows. + Manage documentation projects by planning timelines, tracking progress, and escalating risks as needed.
