Telemarketer – Health Insurance

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Telemarketer to join our insurance team in Boca Raton. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with people, generating interest, and helping connect potential clients with licensed insurance agents.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospects and leads provided by the company
Answer inbound calls and respond to emails in a timely, professional manner
Engage prospects, build rapport, and determine their level of interest
Pass qualified and interested leads to licensed insurance agents for follow-up
Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in the CRM system
Meet daily/weekly call and conversion goals
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow scripts while also adapting to customer responses
Basic computer and email proficiency
Self-motivated and results-driven
Previous telemarketing, customer service, or call center experience is preferred
