**Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a long-term TIG Welder to join their team!** **Job Title:** TIG Welder **Location:** East Moline, IL **Pay Rate:** $20.00/hour The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of TIG welding experience, the ability to read blueprints, and a collaborative attitude-all key to succeeding in this role and organization. **What's the Job?** + Seam welding 22-gauge stainless steel + Adjusting TIG welding settings based on material variations + Reading and interpreting blueprints accurately + Lifting up to 50 lbs as needed + Completing all required documentation and paperwork **What's Needed?** + TIG welding certification or equivalent hands-on experience + Proficiency in welding stainless steel, mild steel, and some aluminum + Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality **What's in It for You?** + **Great first shift schedule** : Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM + Friendly and supportive work environment + Long-term opportunity with room for growth If you're interested in this opportunity and want to learn more, **click "Apply Now"** and a recruiter will reach out to you shortly.
