About your new role:

As Manufacturing Engineer, you will have the opportunity to:

• Improve and implement production processes through observation, simulation, analysis and prototyping.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve in-house manufacturing problems.
• Work within established standard design and engineering practices under close guidance.
• Design straightforward machined/fabricated parts or new features.
• Develop understanding of machine functions & perform basic part selection.
• Collaborate with other team members to design and implement automated systems in our production environment, including advanced robotics.
• Work hands-on with systems to ensure they are built, commissioned, and function as required.
• Use communication skills to convey technical information to engineering, operations, and management personnel.

What you need:

• A four-year degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Good math and communication skills
• Ability to create and interpret technical documents
• 1 year of CAD experience, SolidWorks preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Simulation experience is preferred (FEA, CFD, Motion)
• 3D printing experience is a plus
• Experience with industrial robots is a plus
• Ability to work as part of a team

Your hours:

Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
