• Driver must be at least 23 years of age
• Must have 2 year of verifiable experience driving a Class B CDL Straight Truck.
• No more than 1 at-fault (preventable) accident in the last year
• Clean MVR is a plus
• Valid Class B License
• Hazmat and Tankers endorsement

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate vehicle safely at all times
• Comply with DOT Driver Log pre-trip and post trip inspections
• Label sign and handle shipments according to DOT regulations and CXI Trucking procedures
• Verify loads equipment and hazardous materials are secured prior to transportation
• Operational knowledge of a pallet jack two-wheel hand truck and lift-gate to assist in P & D operation
• Ability to lift 75lbs safely
• Ability to effectively read maps or utilize a GPS unit
• Communicate in a clear concise and professional manner
