Position: UiPath Developer

Location: Remote

Duration: 6-month Contract to Hire

Start date: ASAP

Overview:

• We are seeking a UiPath Developer to join the team on a contract-hire basis.
• This developer will be responsible for:
  • Designing, developing, and deploying robotic process automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath.
  • This will be done to streamline business operations and improve efficiency across multiple areas including claims, provider services, and member services .

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience as a UiPath Developer, with hands-on development and deployment experience within a healthplan/payer environment .
• 3+ years of RECENT Healthplan/payer experience (ideally at blues plan however other health insurance/payer/health plans is acceptable).
  • Someone who has not worked within a healthplan for 3-5 years typically do not work out, hence their request for candidates to have recently worked at a health plan.
• Strong understanding of RPA concepts, best practices, and SDLC.
• Experience in creating workflows, reusable components, and custom activities in UiPath Studio.

Job Duties:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, business analysts, and IT teams to gather automation requirements.
• Should have Excellent and clean communication.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Build reusable components, frameworks, and libraries that can be leveraged for future automation projects.
• Ensure automations are scalable, efficient, and aligned with best practices.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize deployed automations.
• Maintain documentation for design, configuration, and operational support.
• Adhere to security and compliance standards, particularly around health insurance data (HIPAA).
• Support change management processes and coordinate with IT for deployment.
