Position Overview

We are looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to design and develop innovative user interfaces for web applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both UI/UX design and front-end development with proficiency in ReactJS or AngularJS, as well as experience with Python and machine learning (ML/NLP) libraries. This role requires a combination of design skills, technical acumen, and the ability to work seamlessly in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Key Responsibilities

• UI/UX Design & Development : Design and develop intuitive user interfaces for web applications using ReactJS or AngularJS , ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.

• User Research & Testing : Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to inform design decisions and validate design concepts.

• Wireframing & Prototyping : Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions.

• Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into user-friendly designs.

• Design Innovation : Stay current with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the products remain innovative and user-centric.

• Mentorship : Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, ensuring design consistency and quality across all platforms.

• Agile Process : Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment, contributing to the iterative design and development process.

• Design Implementation : Work closely with developers to ensure the accurate implementation of designs and maintain a high standard of design feasibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Experience :

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design and development .

  • 8+ years of experience with design tools such as Sketch , Figma , Adobe Creative Suite , and prototyping tools.

  • 8+ years of experience working with front-end frameworks , specifically ReactJS or AngularJS .

  • 7+ years of coding experience in Python , with proficiency in ML/NLP libraries .

  • Proven ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.

• Technical Skills :

  • Proficiency in HTML , CSS , and JavaScript .

  • Strong familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes is a plus.

• Soft Skills :

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Strong communication skills, capable of articulating design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the healthcare domain is highly preferred.

• Experience mentoring or managing junior designers.

• Familiarity with user data analysis and using feedback to make informed design decisions.
