About The Role We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our product team and help shape the look, feel, and flow of our user interfaces. As a core part of our design function, you'll work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to craft intuitive, visually compelling, and user-centric experiences across our web platform.
What You'll Do - Translate product requirements and user insights into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Design clean, intuitive, and consistent UI components for web and mobile
- Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and feedback
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to bring features to life
- Create graphics for marketing campaigns, landing pages, pitch decks, and social media
- Evolve and maintain our design system, visual language, and brand assets
- Advocate for user-centered and accessible design across the organization
What You Bring - 2–5+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design (SaaS or tech startup experience a plus)
- Strong graphic design skills and a keen eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Proficiency in Figma (and tools like Adobe Creative Suite—Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Portfolio showcasing UI/UX work and visual design projects
- Experience with user research, personas, and journey mapping
- Understanding of front-end development principles (you don’t need to code, but you get how things work)
- Great communication, collaboration, and time management skills
- Bonus: Motion design or experience with animation tools like After Effects or Lottie
