MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a part of the Product Team, this role contributes to the production of scalable advertising sales solutions. A successful Designer will turn customer insights into compelling visual and interactive experiences.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful solutions.
Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates.
Advocate for the prioritization of design centered changes, refinements, and improvements.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Technologie s
3+ years of visual design experience
2+ years of experience with a SaaS company
Linear or Digital advertising experience
Experience working directly with product, engineering, and QA teams
Knowledge of collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence
Experience with design systems like Figma or Sketch
Effective interpersonal and formal communications skills
Experience with Microsoft Office Product Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Skills/Abilities and Knowledge:
Be detail-oriented
Thrive in a multi-tasking environment and adjust priorities on-the-fly
Document all processes, iterate and improve on them as necessary
Be a strong team player but still a self-starter
Maintain solid presentation skills
