DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Texas Health and Human Services Commission require the services of 1 Systems Analyst 2 , hereafter referred to as Candidate(s), who meets the general qualifications of Systems Analyst 2, Applications/Software Development and the specifications outlined in this document for the Texas Health and Human Services Commission.
The role of UI/UX designers is central to improving accessibility, usability, and responsiveness of the HHSC eligibility systems.
Required skills

| 4 | Required | Hands-on experience designing user interfaces and experiences for enterprise systems, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual hierarchies using tools like F igma, Adobe XD, and Sketch. |
| 4 | Required | Demonstrated ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams, translating business needs into intuitive design solutions that align with accessibility and branding standards. |
| 4 | Required | Experience applying UX design principles such as hierarchy, contrast, and alignment to create responsive and accessible web and mobile interfaces. |
| 4 | Required | Experience creating wireframes and prototypes that support agile development cycles, including sketch-to-visual fidelity transitions. |
