**Job Title: Valet Attendant**

As a Valet Attendant, you will ensure a seamless experience for our guests from arrival to departure.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet guests warmly upon their arrival, answering any questions they may have.
- Safely and efficiently park and retrieve vehicles in designated areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized parking environment.
- Handle guest vehicles with care, ensuring the security of personal belongings.
- Assist guests with luggage as needed and ensure their transition to the facility is smooth.
- Monitor the parking area to ensure it is safe and accommodating for guests.
- Provide information about the facility, directions, and ongoing events to enhance guest experience.
- Work collaboratively with the team to exceed guest expectations and resolve issues promptly.
**Qualifications:**
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Previous experience in hospitality or valet services is advantageous.
**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
