Job Description

As an Influencer Marketing Virtual Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our influencer marketing campaigns, managing communications, and ensuring seamless collaboration with influencers to promote our brand. You will leverage your proficiency in Shopify, Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets), and your strong customer service background to drive efficient operations and build strong relationships with influencers and internal teams.

* **Influencer Coordination:** Identify, outreach, and manage relationships with influencers, including contract negotiations, content approvals, and scheduling posts.
* **Campaign Management:** Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns, tracking deliverables, and ensuring alignment with brand goals.
* **Data Management:** Maintain and update influencer databases, campaign performance metrics, and budgets using Google Sheets and other tools.
* **Shopify Support:** Manage influencer-related product gifting, discount codes, and affiliate links through our Shopify platform.
* **Communication:** Act as the primary point of contact for influencers, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and maintaining excellent customer service standards.
* **Content Monitoring:** Review influencer content for brand alignment and compliance with campaign guidelines.
* **Reporting:** Generate regular reports on campaign performance, including engagement metrics, ROI, and insights for optimization.
* **Administrative Support:** Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and handle other administrative tasks to support the marketing team.
* **Experience:**
* Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role, preferably in influencer marketing or social media.
* Strong customer service background with a focus on professional communication and relationship building.
* **Technical Skills:**
* Proficiency in Shopify for managing products, discount codes, and affiliate programs.
* Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets, for data organization, analysis, and reporting.
* Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and influencer marketing tools (e.g., Shopify Collabs, ShopMy and LTK ).
* **Soft Skills:**
* Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
* **Availability:** Must be available to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones and campaign deadlines.
* Experience in the fashion or lifestyle industry.
* Knowledge of influencer marketing trends and best practices.
* Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics or social media insights platforms.
