Reporting to the Directors of WME Insights, of North America, the Analyst will be a “doer” who wants to “lean-in” and “learn” about the media, entertainment, and sports sector. This individual must thrive in a high-paced environment. They will be supporting the WME Group which consists of WME, 160/90 marketing agency, IMG Licensing, and Pantheon (Non-Scripted Production Company).**RESPONSIBILITIES*** Analyzing the performance of programs and talent across the linear and digital eco-systems.* Understanding and assessing consumer behavior towards media, talent, brands, and sports.* Providing social media insights and analysis.* Lean into helping to support WME Insights team members when help is needed. **QUALIFICATIONS*** Education or experience inclusive of analytics, business, marketing, statistics, communications, or related fields are required.* Well organized and collaborative.* Strong communication and writing skills.* Ability to use data to help build narratives.* Passion for general entertainment, culture, and sport is a must.* Strategic thinker.* Proficient in Microsoft Office products.* Curiosity for programing languages/tools (i.e. Python, SQL, etc.) and AI is a plus but not required.*Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the hourly rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.
