Job Description

Telephone BDC Sales Agent Subaru Evergreen Park IL 60805 Responsibilities:

• Make daily outbound calls/text/emails to potential customers to introduce and provide information about our new and pre-owned vehicles.
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective communication and product knowledge
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in our CRM system (VINSOLUTIONS)
• Follow up with potential customers to answer any questions or concerns, and provide additional information as needed
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to overall departmental goals

Requirements:

• Prior experience in telephone sales or telemarketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
• Knowledge and passion for Subaru vehicles is highly desirable
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
