Job Description

Telephone BDC Sales Agent Subaru Evergreen Park IL 60805 Responsibilities:

Make daily outbound calls/text/emails to potential customers to introduce and provide information about our new and pre-owned vehicles.
Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective communication and product knowledge
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in our CRM system (VINSOLUTIONS)
Follow up with potential customers to answer any questions or concerns, and provide additional information as needed
Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to overall departmental goals

Requirements:

Prior experience in telephone sales or telemarketing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
Knowledge and passion for Subaru vehicles is highly desirable
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
