Adelphi is seeking Behavior Analysts to provide services to students at a school district in Chester County, South Carolina.

The ideal candidates will provide behavioral and mental health services to support students enrolled in the school district, in accordance with established standards of care and in compliance with district policies and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Board Certification.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies and individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Promote safety and well-being through skilled crisis intervention, de-escalation techniques, and supportive mental health counseling.
• Lead social skills instruction and facilitating student support groups that encourage positive peer interactions.
• Consult with teachers and families to foster consistent, positive behavior across school and home settings.
• Provide professional development in trauma-informed practices and effective behavioral supports.
• Any other duties as assigned.
