Description This team focuses on all co-branded sponsored advertising opportunities that feature an outside advertisement. Most of the content created will be video focused but much of the campaigns are multi-layered and will go beyond video. This person will own all internal and client facing communication during the program execution. You will be working cross-functionally with Advertising, Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Design/Web Development. Basic qualifications + Background in entertainment and specifically working for either a streaming service such as Hulu, Netflix, Apple TV+, Paramount or on the studio side such as Lionsgate, Sony or Disney + 8-10 years experience in program or project management + Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery + 8-10 years experience delivering cross functional projects or 3 years of experience with an MBA + Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements Preferred qualifications + Custom Video industry experience and/or previous experience working in production with an understanding of how things work/flow at a high level + Integrated marketing/brand entertainment experience + Understanding of production in understanding how things work and flow in a video production environment + Experience working in linear or streaming TV to help guide through nuances such as targeting/placements considerations that could impact creative and production + Experience with custom video content and an understanding of production/intellectual property (IP) specifics around video + Passionate about advertising and have experience creating compelling solutions that work both for end-customers and advertisers. + Facilitate with harnessing big creative ideas for online media growing the business and working with advertisers and agencies to build innovative products + Experience in strategy- ability to think strategically and creative problem solve Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $68.00 - $74.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
