Registered Nurse (RN) – Guaranteed Hours / Operations Anchor

Location: iv&co. – Sioux Falls, SD
Schedule: Guaranteed 30 - 36 hours per week
Clinic Model: Walk-in, high-availability wellness clinic
Employment Type: W-2, at-will

iv&co. business hours of operation: Monday Thru Friday 0800-1800 and Saturday & Sunday 0900-1500

iv&co. is a high-volume, scheduled & walk-in wellness clinic built on one core promise: we are always open and accessible . Our clients rely on consistency, safety, knowledge, & a "Ritz Carlton" experience. Our operations depend on competency, reliablity, experience, and safe coverage.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse who wants stability, predictable hours, and ownership , not PRN-style flexibility. This role is a guaranteed-hours position and serves as a coverage anchor for clinic operations.

This position is ideal for an RN who values structure, perfection, service, safety, consistency, and professional accountability.

4) critical thinking skills (line management, side effect management, mixing, sterile techniques, IV push, aseptic techniques - proficient and expert in all of these nursing scope skills.

Schedule & Hours

• Guaranteed 30–36 hours per week

• Primarily weekday coverage

• One weekend day as part of a rotating schedule with a pool of PRN nurses.

• Set schedule posted in advance

• This is not an on-call or PRN role

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver IV therapy, IM injections, and wellness services per protocol

• Ensure safe, efficient patient flow in a walk-in environment

• Maintain consistent coverage during scheduled clinic hours

• Support clinic operations through reliability and professionalism

• Collaborate with scheduling and operations leadership to maintain uninterrupted service

• Adhere to all clinical, safety, and documentation standards

** - $32/hr 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

***We do not accept new grads or any Nurse with less than 5 years of experience**

Active RN license (South Dakota or compact eligible)

IV therapy experience preferred (Extensive Training on Hire)

Strong reliability and attendance history

Professional communication and hospitality skills

Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, walk-in clinic

Alignment with a consistency-driven operating model
