We are seeking an **Entry-Level Process Operator** for our **resin regeneration plant** .. The ideal candidate will understand production processes, be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and work to meet objectives while maintaining quality and safety standards. This role is critical in ensuring that trailers and tanks are properly regenerated and meet all specifications. **Key Responsibilities:** + Operate plant equipment to **regenerate trailers and tanks** , monitor the regeneration process, and ensure consistent quality. + Conduct **quality checks and pressure testing** on tanks to verify compliance with specifications. + Follow **WMS procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality standards** . + Maintain a **safe work environment** , adhering to all safety protocols. + Remain productive and focused while **standing and working 10-12 hours per shift** . + Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize processes. + Maintain accurate production and quality records. **Qualifications & Skills:** + Industrial or manufacturing experience preferred. + Basic mechanical aptitude; familiarity with piping, pressure systems, and plant equipment. + Ability to follow detailed processes and procedures. + Forklift certification or willingness to obtain. + Strong attention to **safety and quality** . + Flexible, team-oriented, and able to adapt to varying production demands. **Physical Requirements:** + Must be able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks + Able to lift and maneuver moderate loads as needed. **Benefits: The estimated pay for this position is $20 an hour. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
