Out of the corner of my eye my flashlight lit something up, my brain was immediately on high alert. Was that what I thought it was? As my eyes focused on it I quickly realised it was a human skull. I was deep underground in Lumiang Cave and would be staying underground for the next 2.5 hours

As I stood on the edge of the cliff looking down the 20 foot drop in front of me, my guide at my side told me where to stand. I stepped off the cliff top and plunged into the water, adrenaline seeped through my body as I hit the water. This was my experience in Tangadan Falls in the Philippines.

Being a vegetarian whilst travelling in Korea was really difficult. It has most definitely been the hardest country to find food with no meat or fish. Even harder than other countries I found difficult such as Taiwan and Brazil. If you share my dilemma, you might want to read this post all to do with vegetarian food in South Korea.

Whilst in Seoul, South Korea, I witnessed history in the making as millions of people join the Seoul protests and took to the streets. The protested against their president, Park Geun-hye. Imagine a country where they make their voice heard in a peaceful way with a tsunami of candles!
As I stood in the crowd of people, there was no pushing, no acts of violence but masses of people supporting each other. The peaceful Seoul protest was moving and compelling.
